David Cain

David has been in Insurance for ten years, following fifteen years in the banking industry.  Prior to joining Bowditch Insurance, he owned and operated the Cowan-Leavell Insurance Agency specializing in bonds and property/casualty insurance for contractors.  With this experience, David is well qualified to service  contractors of any kind.

David is a graduate of Florida State University in Business Management, the United States Army War College, the US Army Command and General Staff College, and has done post graduate work at Troy State.   He is Executive Officer of the Jacksonville Area USO, an officer in the Florida National Guard, a member of the Florida Surety Association, and of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.
